Dynamites Return and Exchange Policy

At Dynamites, we are committed to providing an exceptional shopping experience for our valued customers. We understand that sometimes things may not go as planned, and we strive to make our return and exchange process as smooth and convenient as possible. Please review our policy below:

Return and Exchange Policy

We are pleased to offer our customers the opportunity to exchange their purchases made online, under the following terms and conditions:

  1. General Conditions:
    • Customers are requested to inspect their parcel upon delivery. Please do not accept the parcel if it is damaged or the seal is opened.
    • Customers can exchange products within 14 days from the date of order placement.
    • Products must be in their original condition, unused, with the price label attached and the invoice included.
    • We do not offer cash refunds. Instead, a store credit coupon will be issued in exceptional cases for the same value, valid for 7 days and redeemable on our e-store only.
    • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at wecare@dynamites.pk or call us at +92 300 0383683.
  2. Exchange Process:
    • If you need to exchange an item, please email us at wecare@dynamites.pk with your order ID and details of the exchange request.
    • Once our customer support team approves the exchange, you will be instructed to send the parcel to our online warehouse. All returns will be inspected upon arrival.
    • If our quality control team finds that the items were used, washed, mishandled, or not in their original condition, we will not be able to process the exchange.
  3. Products Not Eligible for Exchange:
    • Accessories and discounted (sale) items cannot be exchanged or returned.
    • Items purchased during special events (e.g., Eid, Independence Day) may have different policies, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.

 Refund Policy

We offer refunds in exceptional cases. Please note the following conditions:

  • Refunds are not available for cash on delivery (COD) orders.
  • Refunds will be processed to your Credit/Debit card within 2 weeks. If you have not received a refund in the said period, please check with your bank.
  • Sale items cannot be refunded.

 Shipping

  • All nationwide shipments will be charged PKR 200.
  • For returns and exchanges, customers should courier the product to the following address: Dynamites E-store, Second Floor Plot C 33 M Model Town Extension Block M Commercial area Model Town Lahore, mentioning the order number on the parcel.
  • Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. Dynamites E-store will bear all shipping costs if we provided damaged, incorrect, or incomplete orders. Otherwise, the customer will have to bear the shipment cost on return and exchange.

 Lost Shipping Policy

  • We keep track of our customer shipments after dispatch until smooth delivery with the help of our courier service companies. However, we cannot guarantee shipment delivery.
  • If your order is not received within 7 days of dispatch, please contact our customer service department at +92 300 0383683 or email us at wecare@dynamites.pk.

Important Notes:

  • We only operate online stores, and customers cannot visit physical stores for returns or exchanges.
  • Colors of the actual item may slightly vary due to photographic lighting sources or your monitor settings; therefore, products are not eligible for exchange for this particular reason.
  • We request our customers to strictly follow washing instructions. In the case of unstitched articles, we recommend soaking and drying the fabric prior to stitching to ensure any shrinking has taken place.
