Product Availability

Dynamites cannot guarantee product availability and products, as well as their availability for immediate delivery. Dynamites reserves the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order.

Return Policy

Products once purchased will not be returned or exchanged under any circumstances unless they meet the criteria outlined in our Exchange and Return Policy.

Shipping Time

Shipping time for order delivery within Pakistan is 7 working days and for outside Pakistan 15 working days.

Typographical Errors

Dynamites strives to make every piece of information as accurate as possible. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. Dynamites shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

Payment of Duties

Import duties and local taxes are not included in the quoted price of goods being delivered to any locations. The customers will be responsible for paying any import duties and local taxes, including any administration charges upon receipt.

Credit/Debit Card Order Payment Confirmation and Shipping

Credit/Debit card orders will only be shipped after payment confirmation from the bank, which may take 14 to 16 working days.
